EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you can also submit your complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform helps consumers and traders resolve disputes about online purchases without going to court.

Depending on your country of residence, you may also be able to contact your national consumer protection authority for guidance on your rights as a consumer.
