Production & Shipping Times
Every item is made to order, so please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location, with most orders arriving in 10-14 business days total from the day you order. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on your destination and order weight, with discounted flat rates for the US and Europe. Orders over $250 ship free, anywhere we deliver.

Returns
Not happy with your order? No problem. You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags.

To start a return, just contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you easy steps to follow.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can help you exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we will guide you through it.

Refunds
Once we get your returned item, we will check it and send your refund to your original payment method. This can take a few business days. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
